Creator Resources Terms
Before You Access the Resources
The Creator & Affiliate Program gives you a place to practise creating content, building a website, and introducing people to Creed Academy products.
I’ve made these resources available so you can develop your skills and explore your own approach. You can edit the supplied footage, use the music, and build a landing page that helps people discover the work. You can also create original content if the supplied videos don’t suit the style you want to create.
The Resources remain part of Creed Academy’s work. These terms explain the permission you receive, your responsibilities, and how Creed Academy protects its content and brand.
Please read the complete terms before accepting them.
Terms version: 1.0
Effective date: 28/10/2026
In these terms, “Creed Academy,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the program operator identified above. “You” refers to the person accepting these terms.
If you accept these terms on behalf of a business or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity. References to “you” then include that entity.
1. What These Terms Cover
These terms apply to materials specifically made available through the Creator Resources area for use in the Creator & Affiliate Program.
The available materials may include:
Video and audio recordings.
Music and soundtracks.
Images, graphics, logos, and brand assets.
Written copy, scripts, and promotional materials.
Landing page and website templates.
Instructions, guides, and other creator materials.
Access links and instructions for custom AI tools.
Together, these materials are called the “Resources.”
Materials found elsewhere on Creed Academy’s website, social media channels, books, or other services are not automatically included in this permission. You must obtain separate written permission before using material that has not been provided for the program.
The licence covers only the rights expressly described in these terms. It does not give you access to private accounts, software source code, credentials, or other material merely because a Resource refers or links to it.
2. Ownership of the Resources
Creed Academy owns the Resources or has obtained the rights necessary to make them available for the uses permitted by these terms.
Creed Academy retains its rights in its original content, branding, recordings, written materials, and other intellectual property. Where a Resource includes material owned by another rights holder, that rights holder retains ownership.
Your access to the Resources does not transfer ownership of them to you.
Ownership notices and any third-party notices supplied with the Resources must be respected. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. The Permission We Give You
Subject to these terms, Creed Academy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access, download, edit, reproduce, publish, and display the Resources only for the purpose of promoting Creed Academy and its products.
This includes creating content that introduces people to Creed Academy’s ideas, directs them to a relevant website or landing page, or promotes Creed Academy products through permitted affiliate links.
The permission is worldwide, subject to applicable law, the terms of the platforms you use, and any rights restrictions expressly identified with a particular Resource before you use it.
Your content must have a genuine promotional connection to Creed Academy and its products. Adding a brief mention of Creed Academy does not authorise you to use the Resources to promote an unrelated business, product, service, cause, or campaign.
You must not transfer this licence or give another person independent access to the original Resources. Anyone who wants to use them must obtain access through the Creator Resources page and accept the applicable terms themselves.
The licence begins when you accept these terms. It continues until you stop participating or it is suspended or ended under section 13. Limited permission for qualifying existing posts may continue as described in that section.
4. Editing, Publishing, and Paid Advertising
You may create your own clips and edits from the supplied footage and audio for the permitted purpose.
For example, you may:
Select, shorten, arrange, and combine clips.
Add captions, titles, transitions, and graphics.
Adapt content for different screen sizes and platforms.
Combine Resources with original material you have created or have permission to use.
Add music supplied through the Creator Resources library.
You must preserve the substance and meaning of the original material. You must not edit a Resource in a way that falsely represents what a speaker said, believes, endorses, or promises.
You must not use the Resources in content that:
Is misleading, deceptive, unlawful, defamatory, or abusive.
Promotes hatred, harassment, or violence.
Is sexually explicit.
Misrepresents Creed Academy, its products, or the results someone can expect.
Creates a false impression of an official endorsement, partnership, or personal recommendation.
Paid advertising
All assets supplied in the Creator Resources library are permitted for paid advertising promoting Creed Academy and its products, subject to these terms.
Your advertisement, targeting, links, landing page, and other activities must comply with the advertising platform’s conditions, applicable affiliate-program rules, and applicable law.
This permission does not extend to material obtained from elsewhere or give you rights in third-party assets you add yourself.
You are responsible for your advertising costs and campaign management. Creed Academy does not guarantee platform approval, reach, sales, or any particular advertising result.
Full-length films
Original full-length Creed Academy films are provided so you can create clips and edits from them. You must not upload, repost, publish, distribute, or make an original full-length film available in its entirety.
You must not evade this restriction by making superficial changes or dividing a film into consecutive uploads intended to reproduce the complete film.
This restriction applies across social media, websites, video platforms, file-sharing services, and other distribution methods.
5. Platform Monetisation and Third-Party Sponsorships
You may monetise eligible content and accounts through a platform’s general monetisation features, provided that your use of the Resources complies with these terms.
For example, you may receive eligible advertising revenue paid by a social media or video platform.
Creed Academy does not require a share of your platform monetisation revenue under these terms.
Platform eligibility is separate from permission to use the Resources. Creed Academy does not guarantee that reused or edited content will qualify for monetisation.
Third-party sponsorships and brand deals
You must not accept, publish, or carry out a third-party sponsorship, brand deal, paid partnership, product placement, or similar commercial arrangement on a channel or account using:
Creed Academy Resources.
The Creed Academy name, logo, or branding.
Other Creed Academy material supplied under this agreement.
This restriction applies to the affected channel or account as a whole, including sponsored posts that do not themselves contain a Resource.
You must not use Creed Academy content, branding, or the audience association created through that material to fulfil or promote a third-party brand deal.
The restriction does not apply to your separate channels or accounts that do not use or display Creed Academy Resources or branding. It does not prohibit the Amazon affiliate activity permitted under section 10 or general platform monetisation permitted above.
If you want to change a channel so that it can accept third-party sponsorships, you must first remove its Creed Academy Resources and branding, subject to any applicable removal requirements, and stop presenting it as connected with the program.
Unauthorised sponsorship or commercial exploitation is a breach of these terms and may result in licence termination, removal requests, and legal enforcement under section 11.
6. Creating Your Own Original Content
You may create your own videos, photographs, writing, music, animation, or other original material to promote Creed Academy and its products.
You are not required to use the supplied videos if they do not suit your approach.
Your original content must:
Clearly identify you as an independent creator.
Avoid suggesting it was created, commissioned, supplied, or approved by Creed Academy when it was not.
Accurately represent the products and ideas discussed.
Include any affiliate or commercial disclosures required by law or the platforms you use.
Respect the name, image, and brand restrictions in section 8.
Where appropriate, you may use wording such as:
“Independently created by me. This is not an official Creed Academy video.”
That statement does not replace any required affiliate or advertising disclosure.
You must obtain any permissions needed from people appearing in your original content, and from owners of material you include.
If we see original work we like, we may contact you to discuss a commission, purchase, licence, or other opportunity. Joining the program or publishing successful content does not guarantee that Creed Academy will contact or pay you.
7. Ownership of Your Original Contributions
You retain ownership of your original contributions, subject to any rights held by other parties.
These contributions may include your own footage, writing, music, animation, graphics, and other original creative work.
Where your work incorporates Resources, Creed Academy and the relevant rights holders retain ownership of the underlying Resources. Your contribution does not give you permission to use those Resources outside these terms.
Participation does not automatically transfer your original work to Creed Academy or give Creed Academy permission to publish it on its official channels.
If Creed Academy wants to use, purchase, or commission your work, the relevant rights, scope of use, and payment will be agreed separately in writing.
8. Creed Academy Branding and Personal Identity Restrictions
You may use the Creed Academy name and supplied logo to promote Creed Academy and its products under these terms.
Your accounts, websites, and content must clearly indicate that you operate independently. They must not falsely appear to be official Creed Academy properties or suggest that you are an employee, authorised spokesperson, or representative.
You must not use account names, domains, profile images, layouts, or statements that are likely to create that confusion.
The supplied logo must remain recognisable and must not be altered in a way that misrepresents the brand.
Dylan Thompson’s name and photographs
You are not granted separate permission to use Dylan Thompson’s name, personal photographs, image, voice, or likeness.
You must not add his name to account names, domains, biographies, website copy, advertisements, captions, titles, thumbnails, keywords, or other promotional material.
You must not obtain photographs from his website, social media, or other sources for use in your content. You must not extract still images from supplied footage for use as separate photographs, profile images, thumbnails, or promotional graphics.
Exception for supplied materials
If Dylan Thompson’s name already appears within material provided in the Creator Resources library, that existing appearance may remain as part of your permitted use of that material.
You may also use and edit supplied video or audio in which he appears or speaks, within the permission granted by these terms.
This exception does not permit you to extract his name, image, or voice for separate use or create the impression of a new personal endorsement.
You must not create or publish an AI-generated or synthetic version of Dylan Thompson’s face, voice, or likeness. You must not use Resources to train or create such a model.
Nothing in this section restricts a use that applicable law requires or protects, and that cannot lawfully be restricted by this agreement.
9. Music, Templates, AI Tools, and Third-Party Services
Music and other assets supplied in the Creator Resources library may be used for the permitted purpose, including paid advertising, as described in section 4.
This permission applies only to the supplied materials. If you add music, images, fonts, footage, software, or other assets from elsewhere, you are responsible for obtaining the necessary rights.
A licence to use supplied music does not give you permission to register that music as your own, sell it separately, or submit it to Content ID or a similar rights-management system in a way that interferes with Creed Academy or other authorised users.
Website templates may be customised to promote Creed Academy products. Any Framer account, hosting, domain, software subscription, or other service you use is your responsibility.
Third-party services remain subject to their own terms. Access to a custom AI tool does not guarantee that the provider will continue offering it, that it will be free, or that its outputs will be accurate or suitable for publication.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated material before using it and ensuring that it complies with these terms.
10. Amazon Associates and Affiliate Links
Amazon Associates is a separate program operated by Amazon. Participation in the Creed Academy Creator & Affiliate Program does not guarantee acceptance into Amazon Associates.
To earn Amazon commissions, you must use your own eligible Amazon Associates account and comply with the agreement for each marketplace you use.
You are responsible for:
Registering your websites and channels where required.
Creating, checking, and maintaining your affiliate links.
Using links only in permitted locations and formats.
Following applicable advertising, linking, and disclosure rules.
Keeping your payment, contact, and tax information accurate.
Checking commission rates and eligibility requirements.
For the US Amazon Associates Program, the required identification statement is:
As an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases.
You must also provide clear and conspicuous disclosures with your affiliate links as required by Amazon and applicable law. Check the requirements for each marketplace and platform you use.
Creed Academy does not determine Amazon’s approvals, commissions, attribution, payment, or enforcement decisions. We do not guarantee that every click or purchase will result in a commission.
The restrictions on third-party brand deals in section 5 do not prohibit using your approved affiliate links to promote Creed Academy products under these terms.
11. Prohibited Use, Reselling, and Enforcement
The Resources are provided to help you promote Creed Academy and its products. They are not yours to sell or distribute as a separate product.
Without separate written permission, you must not:
Sell, rent, sublicense, or transfer the Resources.
Sell or distribute access to the Creator Resources library.
Package the Resources into a course, membership, product, template collection, or download.
Redistribute source files so others can use them independently.
Claim ownership or authorship of original Creed Academy material.
Use the Resources to promote unrelated products, businesses, services, causes, or campaigns.
Use the Resources or branding for prohibited sponsorships or brand deals.
Grant rights broader than those you have received.
Remove ownership notices or falsely conceal the source of material.
If another person wants to use the Resources, direct them to the Creator Resources page so they can accept the terms themselves.
Unauthorised use is a serious breach of this agreement. Creed Academy will take appropriate steps to protect its rights. These may include requesting removal, suspending access, terminating the licence, making rights complaints to platforms, and pursuing legal action.
Where available under applicable law and established through the appropriate process, Creed Academy may seek injunctions, damages, compensation for proven losses, and recoverable legal costs.
Liability and the amount of any remedy depend on the circumstances, the applicable law, and any decision of the relevant court or authority. These terms do not impose an automatic fine or guarantee recovery of legal fees.
Please save us both the trouble and avoid selling or distributing something that isn’t yours.
12. Content Removal and Brand Protection
Creed Academy may request removal or correction of identified content using the Resources or brand assets where we reasonably consider that it:
Breaches this agreement.
Misrepresents the original content, Creed Academy, or its products.
Uses Dylan Thompson’s name, photographs, image, or likeness outside section 8.
Creates a false impression of an official account or endorsement.
Contains prohibited third-party promotion.
Is unlawful or infringes another party’s rights.
Uses material affected by a genuine rights restriction.
Materially conflicts with the brand standards and permitted promotional purpose described in these terms.
A request will, where practicable, identify the material, explain the concern, and state the required action and deadline.
Non-urgent issues
For an ordinary issue that can reasonably be corrected, we will normally allow 14 calendar days from receipt of the notice to make the required changes or remove the identified material.
A different reasonable period may be agreed in writing.
Urgent issues
Where prompt action is reasonably necessary to address a serious legal, safety, rights, platform, or misleading-representation issue, you must begin acting immediately and complete the required correction or removal within 24 hours of receiving the notice.
If a law, court order, or platform requires action sooner, that shorter requirement applies.
We will identify why a request is urgent. Labelling a request urgent does not remove any rights you have under mandatory law.
Responding to a request
If you believe a request is mistaken or cannot be completed within the stated time, contact us promptly with the reasons and any relevant evidence.
A request for review or an extension does not automatically suspend the deadline. We will consider the circumstances and confirm any change in writing.
Notices may be sent to the contact details you provide or through a verifiable direct message to the relevant account. Keep your contact information current and monitor the contact method you provide.
13. Ending Participation and Existing Content
You may stop participating at any time by ceasing new use of the Resources.
Creed Academy may suspend access or terminate your licence for a material breach, misuse of the Resources, or a serious legal, rights, safety, or reputational issue connected with your use.
Where an issue can reasonably be corrected, we will normally give notice and an opportunity to correct it under section 12. Immediate suspension may be used where necessary to prevent ongoing serious misuse or harm.
If the program itself is discontinued, we will normally give at least 14 calendar days’ notice, unless legal, security, platform, or rights circumstances reasonably require shorter notice.
New use after participation ends
Once your licence ends, you must stop creating or publishing new content using the Resources. You must not repost, re-upload, distribute, or repurpose existing Resource-based content as a new publication without separate written permission.
Existing published content
Lawful content published before your participation ends may remain online under a continuing, limited licence, provided that:
It complied with the terms applicable when published.
It continues to promote Creed Academy and its products.
It remains lawful and permitted by the relevant platform.
It complies with the branding, sponsorship, and personal-identity restrictions that continue to apply to it.
It is not subject to a valid removal or correction request under section 12.
This permission does not authorise you to add a third-party sponsorship or change the existing material to an unrelated promotional purpose.
A breach of these conditions may result in withdrawal of the limited permission for the affected content. The notice provisions in section 12 apply where appropriate.
Retained source files
Once you have finished participating and no longer need the Resources, we recommend deleting copies saved on your computer, cloud storage, external drives, or other devices.
This is a recommendation, rather than a general requirement to delete every retained copy. Keeping a private copy does not extend your licence or permit further publication, redistribution, or other use.
Any specific deletion requirement imposed by applicable law, a valid court order, or a separate binding obligation continues to apply.
Ending participation does not remove rights or obligations that arose beforehand. Ownership, restrictions on redistribution, enforcement provisions, and the conditions governing existing published content continue where relevant.
14. Creative Opportunities and Rewards
From time to time, Creed Academy may invite creators to submit work for creative opportunities, challenges, or other recognition.
I may also contact a creator whose work I admire to discuss purchasing their music, commissioning an edit, or developing another project. These opportunities are at Creed Academy’s discretion and are not guaranteed by joining the program.
Any competition, reward, retreat, or commission will have its own published details and terms. Those details will explain the relevant eligibility, selection process, dates, prizes or payment, and any rights requested in submitted work.
No prize, paid work, or retreat place is promised merely because you join the program.
Unless separately agreed in writing, submitting work for consideration does not transfer ownership to Creed Academy or authorise public use beyond the permission expressly stated for that submission.
15. Costs, Results, and Independent Status
Creed Academy does not charge you for access to the Resources under this agreement. You remain responsible for your own expenses, including software, hosting, domains, advertising, contractors, and internet access.
We do not reimburse those expenses unless separately agreed in writing.
You participate independently. These terms do not create an employment relationship, partnership, agency, or authority to represent Creed Academy.
You must not enter into agreements, make warranties, offer refunds, or make commitments on Creed Academy’s behalf.
We do not guarantee commissions, platform revenue, reach, sales, paid work, or any particular result. Examples of earnings or timeframes are illustrations unless expressly identified otherwise.
You are responsible for your business, tax, registration, and reporting obligations.
16. Responsible Promotion and Mandatory Rights
You must make honest, supportable claims about Creed Academy and its products.
You must not use fabricated testimonials, false scarcity, invented results, or statements suggesting guaranteed financial, medical, psychological, or other outcomes.
The Resources provide general educational and promotional material. They are not individual legal, medical, psychological, financial, or tax advice.
Creed Academy will exercise reasonable care in providing the Resources, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party services, platform approvals, or error-free AI outputs.
Nothing in this agreement excludes liability for fraud or removes any right, remedy, obligation, or liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or restricted.
17. Privacy and Communications
We handle personal information in accordance with our [PRIVACY POLICY] and the collection notice shown when you provide your details.
We may use your contact information to administer access, communicate material changes, respond to questions, and send notices concerning your use of the Resources, as explained in that policy.
If we request affiliate reports or creative submissions, we will explain what is needed and why. Do not send customer personal information or unnecessary confidential information.
Marketing subscription is optional and separate from accepting this agreement. If you choose to receive marketing emails, you can unsubscribe through the option provided.
You are independently responsible for personal information collected through your own website or channels, including any consent, privacy notices, security, and communications requirements that apply to you.
18. Changes to These Terms
Each version of these terms will carry a version number and effective date.
We may update the terms to reflect changes in the program, Resources, rights, platforms, or applicable law.
For material changes, we will normally give at least 30 calendar days’ notice and ask you to accept the revised terms before continuing to access or make new use of the Resources after the effective date.
Where a legal requirement, genuine rights issue, or urgent security or safety matter requires faster action, we may give shorter notice and explain the reason.
Changes do not retrospectively make a previously permitted use a breach. Existing published content remains governed by the version applicable to that content, together with any later changes you expressly accept and any applicable legal or rights-based removal requirements.
If you do not accept a revised agreement, you may stop participating. Existing posts are treated in accordance with section 13.
19. Applicable Law, Disputes, and Contact
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Courts and disputes
Subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction rules that cannot lawfully be excluded, the courts of the Emirate of Dubai, other than the DIFC Courts, have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief in another court with jurisdiction, or exercising rights that applicable law does not permit this agreement to restrict.
These provisions must be read subject to any mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules that apply. Nothing in this agreement prevents a person from relying on protections or bringing a claim in a forum where applicable law gives them a right that cannot be waived.
If a concern arises, contact [dylan@creed.academy] with enough detail for us to understand it. We will seek to address the issue through direct communication where practicable.
This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent court relief or making a complaint to a regulator or authority.
If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will apply only to the extent legally permitted, or be severed where necessary, while the remaining provisions continue to the extent they can operate lawfully.
A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not automatically waive the right to enforce it later.
For permission requests outside these terms, contact:
dylan@creed.academy
Identify the Resource, proposed use, platforms, and intended duration. Additional permission must be provided in writing by an authorised representative of Creed Academy.
