If understanding your emotions
was enough, you wouldn’t
still feel stuck
Creed Academy offers a luxury retreat designed to help you understand how identity patterns formed, how they still shape your life, and how to begin changing them in a way that actually lasts.

A 7-day retreat with 3 focused workshop days and 4 days of open conversation

Turn everything you understand about yourself into a different way of living

THE PAST
Trace the experiences and meanings that shaped your identity before you were conscious enough to question them.

THE FUTURE
Explore the life you want, what makes it feel possible, and what might still be limiting what you can imagine.

THE PRESENT

Got Questions?
What happens if I need to cancel?
Because each Anodos Retreat is booked and paid for based on the number of people attending, unfortunately I can’t offer standard refunds once your place has been confirmed. That said, if you can no longer make it, let me know as early as possible. I’ll advertise the newly available spot on social media and, if someone else can take your place at short notice, you’ll receive a full refund. If you need to leave partway through the retreat, I’m sorry, but I can’t refund the unused portion of your stay.
What’s included in the price?
Do I need to stay for the full seven days?
How many tickets can I purchase?
Will I get one-on-one time with you?
What if I’m coming alone?
This book is the foundation behind the retreat. It will help you understand how experience becomes identity, why familiar patterns feel safe, and what it actually means to become someone beyond the version of you that once had to survive.
